PETC Mesh 4135 is a food-grade woven low-melting polyester (PET) single-silk mesh for pyramid tea bags in 41 mesh/cm. Its lower melting point (160–180 degC) makes it easy to run with either ultrasonic or heat sealing, so it suits a broad range of tea-bag machines without costly re-tuning. Best for granule and granular tea. Sold by the metre in rolls of 800–1,200 m; MOQ 1,000 m. Food-grade, BRC-certified factory; width, thread length and tag spacing customisable.
