PE/PP Dotted Pattern Nonwoven 25 g is a food-grade thermally bonded nonwoven roll (PE skin + PP core) for pyramid / triangle tea bags. The 25 gsm dotted texture holds powder, granules and small leaf with zero leakage while the PE skin heat-seals at 130 degC for fast, stable lines. It is the most economical nonwoven option in the range. Sold by the metre in rolls of 800–1,200 m; MOQ 1,000 m. Food-grade, BRC-certified factory; width, thread length and tag spacing customisable.
