PA Nylon Mesh 4135 is a food-grade woven single-silk nylon (PA6) mesh for pyramid / triangle tea bags, in 41 mesh/cm (approx. 120 mesh/inch), 26 gsm, 53-micron filament and 169-micron pore width with about 53% open ratio. Its high transparency showcases leaf and granular tea, its high melting point delivers reliable ultrasonic sealing, and its low cost makes it the workhorse film for commercial tea-bag lines. Suitable for granule, loose-leaf and flower tea (not for powder). Sold by the metre in rolls of 800–1,200 m; MOQ 1,000 m.
